This policy explains how VEXA IMAGING handles personal data collected through this website. It applies to this marketing site only — not to clinical systems deployed at customer facilities, which are governed by the agreement and data-processing terms of each deployment.
1. Who we are
VEXA IMAGING is a medical software brand of PT. MORATEC INOVASI INDONESIA. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at marketing@vexaimaging.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the demo request form and what is technically necessary to serve the page:
- Contact details — name, institution, business email, phone or WhatsApp number.
- Request context — product of interest, institution type, and the message you write.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) used for security and troubleshooting.
3. Data we do not want
This website is not a clinical system. Do not submit patient data — no patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, images, or clinical findings. If such data reaches us through the contact form, it will be deleted without being used.
4. Why we use your data
- To respond to your demo or consultation request, and to follow up on that conversation.
- To understand which products and facility types are being asked about, in aggregate.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
5. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept while the commercial conversation is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards for reference. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. You can ask us to delete your request earlier.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is accessible only to VEXA IMAGING staff who need it to answer your request, and to service providers that host the website or deliver email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by Indonesian law.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. If analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced later, they will be described here and activated only after your consent.
8. Your rights
Under Indonesian personal data protection law (UU No. 27/2022) you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to marketing@vexaimaging.com; we answer within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity first.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect rather than rely on protecting more than we need.
10. Children
This website is intended for healthcare professionals and institutional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
An Indonesian-language version of this policy will be published alongside the Bahasa Indonesia release of the website. Until then, this English text is the applicable version.
